1. Who we are

Kingshot Helper Helper ("the Bot") is a fan-made Discord application operated by an independent developer ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the Bot processes, why, and what rights you have.

2. What data we process

We do not persistently store your Discord User ID or Guild ID. The Bot processes the following data only in the moment required to fulfil a command:

• Command inputs — e.g., the question you type into /ask, the day number for /stateage, the text for /namechange. This is processed to generate a response and is not retained after the command completes.
• Discord-provided context — the user ID and guild ID that Discord attaches to any slash command. We use these to route the command and apply per-user cooldowns. They are held in memory only and are not written to disk.
• Aggregate error logs — if a command fails, we may log the error type and timestamp for debugging. These logs do not contain user IDs or message content.

3. What we do not collect

• We do not read or store message content from your servers.
• We do not build profiles of users based on activity.
• We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or real names.
• We do not track you across other Discord servers or websites.

4. How we use the data

• To execute the command you asked for and return the correct result.
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the Bot.
• To diagnose technical problems and improve reliability.

5. Third-party services

Some commands send data to third-party APIs in order to function. By using those commands, you acknowledge that:

• /ask sends your question text to an AI provider. The provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle that text.
• The Bot runs on Discord's platform, so Discord processes command interactions as part of normal Discord operation.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Data retention

Because we do not persistently store personal data, there is usually nothing to retain. Where short-lived in-memory data is used (e.g., per-user cooldown timers), it is discarded when the process restarts or after a few minutes, whichever comes first. Aggregate error logs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect any data we process:

• All communication between Discord and the Bot uses Discord's official API over HTTPS.
• Access to any server infrastructure is limited to the developer.
• We do not store API keys or credentials in client-accessible locations.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us using the details below.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data about you. Because we do not store personal data, there is typically nothing to access or delete. However, you still have the right to:

• Ask us what data we hold about you — we will respond within 30 days.
• Request deletion of any data we hold — we will comply within 30 days.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
• Leave — removing the Bot from your server stops all future processing.

9. Children's privacy

The Bot is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in their country. We do not knowingly process data from children below that age. If we learn that a child has used the Bot in violation of this policy, we will take steps to remove any associated data and may blacklist the account or server. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the Bot, contact us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced in our support server. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
