By inviting, using, or interacting with the Kingshot Helper Discord application (the "Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Bot. If you are using the Bot on behalf of a Discord server, you represent that you have authority to bind that server to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. This mirrors Discord's own age requirement. If you are under the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Bot with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use the Bot to:
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that any feature will work at any given time. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice. The Bot may be discontinued entirely at any time.
We reserve the right to blacklist any Discord server or user from using the Bot, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Reasons may include violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Bot or its community. If a server is blacklisted, the Bot will leave that server and any associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Bot's name, logo, command structure, and original content are the property of the developer. Game-related content (hero names, event names, game assets) belongs to Century Games and is used under fair use for informational purposes. You retain ownership of anything you send to the Bot; you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it solely to provide the Bot's features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of the Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions. The Bot is a free, hobbyist service, and you use it at your own risk.
The Bot operates on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Terms of
Service. The Bot may also call third-party APIs (for example, an AI provider
for the /ask command). Your use of those features is also subject
to the applicable third party's terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on
what data is shared with third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Bot after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced in our support server.
If a dispute arises between you and us regarding these Terms or the Bot, we encourage you to contact us first through the details in Section 11 so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot resolve it informally, either party may pursue any remedy available under applicable law.
